General information on processing of personal data

Since 25 May 2018, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of naturalpersons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freemovement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter ‘RODO’) apply.
Due to the above, we set out below the information and rulesconcerning the processing of yourpersonal data by GRUPA AWW Sp. z o.o.

2. Purpose of processing and legalbasis for processingpersonal data :

V. the performance of a contract for the sale of goods (basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
VI. the establishment, investigation and defence of counterclaims (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
VII. makingpayments (basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
VIII. marketing (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
IX. analytical (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
X. statistical (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
3. Recipients of your data
The recipients of yourpersonal data, whereapplicable, may be: IT system and IT service providers, logistics service providers, marketing agencies, debtcollectionagencies, the Company'sdistribution and logistics partners, shared service providers, entitiesprovidinglegalortax services to the Company, postaloperators and couriers, entities and authoritiesentitled to receiveyourpersonal data undergenerallyapplicablelaws, companiesaffiliated to the Company within the GRUPA AWW.
4. Transfer of personal data to third countriesorinternationalorganisations
Yourpersonal data will not be transferred to MemberStatesoutside the EU/EuropeanEconomicAreawithoutappropriatesafeguards.
5. Period of retention of personal data
Yourpersonal data shall be processed by the Company for the timenecessary to fulfil the purposesreferred to in point. 2, and thereafteruntil the expiry of the period of limitation of possibleclaimsrelated to the performance of the contract/order oruntil the expiry of data retentionobligationsunder the law, and in the case of grantingconsent - untilitswithdrawal. In the case of possibleclaimsestablished by a finaldecision of a legitimate authority or a settlement, the period for storingpersonal data is 10 years from the date the courtdecisionorsettlementbecomesfinal.
6. Yourrights in relation to the processing of yourpersonal data

IV. The right to restrict the processing of yourpersonal data

VII. The right to withdrawconsent to the processing of personal data
VIII. Yourconsent to the processing of yourpersonal data may be withdrawn by youatanytimewithoutaffecting the lawfulness of the processing , which was carried out on the basis of the consentbeforeitswithdrawal. 7. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Youhave the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ifyouconsiderthat the processing of yourpersonal data violates the RODO.
A request for access, rectification (amendment), transfer ordeletion of personal data , as well as for restriction of data processingorobjection to data processingmay be sent in writing to: GRUPA AWW Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Niedźwiady 45, 62-800 Kalisz
8. Requirement to provide data
Yourproviding the data isnecessary for the purposesdescribed in point. 2, is a condition for the conclusion and performance of a contract with the Company, results from the performance of obligationsarising from the provisions of law, orisnecessary for the performance of purposesresulting from the Company'slegitimateinterests.
Failure to provideyourpersonal data orproviding not all the requiredpersonal data willprevent the Company from undertaking and performing certainactivitiesreferred to in point 2. 2.
In as far as personal data iscollected on the basis of yourconsent, providing the data isvoluntary.
9. Automateddecision-making
Automateddecision-makingis the making of decisionsaboutindividuals on the basis of automatedprocessing of personal data, whichproduceslegaleffectsorhas a significantimpact on the individualsaffected.
As a generalrule, the Company does not performautomateddecision-making in the mannerdescribedabove.
